Jury verdict in favor of clients (defendants) in 7-day trial where plaintiff sought $3 million for alleged violation of the Arizona trade secrets act and breach of contract.
Settlement and dismissal of all claims ($29 million claim) for clients after 8 years of contentious litigation in state and bankruptcy courts against a national company.
Dismissal of all claims for clients (defendants) in $48 million alleged Ponzi scheme (75 named defendants in 4 different lawsuits).
Successfully obtained a permanent injunction against a former employee attempting to steal trade secrets from international organic food company; and also negotiated complex contracts with large food companies and producers.
